My husband Gord and I own and operate Forest Gait Farm. I was fortunate to grow up with horses and learned to ride at a young age. I fondly remember our family pony ‘Charlie’, the pinto shown in the photo above, bottom middle. I discovered the Paso Fino horse in 1992, and became involved with all aspects of the breed including showing, breeding, sales, coaching and training. I was captivated by their beauty, intelligence, smooth gait, and ‘people loving’ personalities.

The Paso Fino horse has become my passion!

I am a member of the Professional Paso Fino Trainers Association, the Paso Fino Horse Association (PFHA) and the Ontario Equestrian Federation (OEF) and a director on the executive committee of the Central Canada Paso Fino Association.
